I don't post many personal blog posts on my blog but I thought today it would be fun to let you know my favorite workout songs. I have tried every kind of workout there is, Title Boxing, martial arts, brazilian ju jitsu, bike riding, aerobics, treadmills, racquet ball, treadmills, you name it but my favorite and what I always end up going back to is lifting weights. I've let myself go for a while now but recently I was diagnosed with diabetes so I've decided to cut out pretty much all sugar, eat lean and lift weights. As usual when getting back into it, it's hard but it's getting easier and more fun! Anyway, I'm going to list 10 songs on my playlist.  A favorite of ours, Miss Katie Jo , who we were fortunate to do senior portraits for a few years ago, came back to us for a headshot session. She is now a cosmetologist at Strands Hair Studio in Topeka. She's doing what she loves and finding success in her passion! She had the right idea making business cards with her face on it. I think it makes her approachable and people will remember her! We had fun and I think we came up with a beautiful card to help her on her journey!  So excited to share this super cute family shoot with Ethan, India and their amazing little family! It was so cold and chilly but the kids did absolutely awesome! Poor babies, they were shaking sometimes but they tried so hard to smile for us lol!!! We had such a great time with them!  Last week was spring break and we had a chance to do some beautiful sessions all week! We've had the pleasure of photographing the Cooper family for a while and even photographed Larissa's senior portraits last year. The trees were blossoming and made such an amazing backdrop for their shoot! These girls have such a great relationship with each other. It was fun to photograph them. Mom and dad were tons of fun too and you can see how crazy they are about their girls. It was a perfect family shoot. Such a great time!  We had a great time with Paige. She's a beautiful young lady with a great smile. She graduates this year and so it was cool to be able to do these for her before she graduates. We photographed her and her family a while back and so it was awesome to be able to do these. We took these at Shawnee Lake and even though it just turned spring and it's still chilly and windy out, it was a great backdrop for her shoot.  We've been photographing Malia since she was a newborn baby. It's truly a wonder to see her grow up and now she's three and it's hard to believe honestly. She is so beautiful, she looks just like her mom and she is getting prettier all the time. If one thing she does not lack, it is personality. The girl is FULL of personality! She is opinionated, energetic, smart and beautiful! As always, it is a joy to photograph her and Jaxon her super sweet cousin. They are like brother and sister, so cute!!  Our latest shoot with Rogan was super cute! Rogan is such a cute baby with a great personality! We've photographed him since he was a newborn and we've been photographing him every 3 months in our First Year Baby Plan.   It's so awesome to see him growing up and getting bigger. He's super adorable. How can you look at his precious smile and not get a huge grin on your face?! Our shoot at Shawnee Lake was the perfect spot for his shoot. It was chilly and windy but it was absolutely beautiful and despite the chilly wind, Rogan was a trooper! He did perfect!
