 Happy to share our session with the Rosine family. One of our favorite families ever! And we as usual loved shooting on their property. They are growing wheat and it was the perfect backdrop for their family portraits. I love their colors and their patriotic theme!! Really awesome.  Tristan was a lot of fun to photograph. I'm pretty sure I've never photographed a shot put athlete and I've never really been around it so it was a great experience. I was shocked to be honest at the speed and strength used in it. I am laughing now because at first I was like, where do I stand so I don't get hit lol but all in all it was a great time. I also loved the sun and the light we got from his shoot. It was a BEAUTIFUL sunset which we happened to be down behind the governor's mansion. The river back there at sunset is amazing!!  Recently we began renting a space in NOTO to use for indoor shoots if we want to shoot in a portrait setting in Topeka. We did these with the Martinek girls.  Yesterday we had a wonderful time with the Gardner family! We've been blessed to be able to photograph them before and it's always a GREAT time with them! We are excited to share our graduation session with Shi'erra Lolar from Topeka High. Unlike our senior shoots we do frequently, this was actually a graduation session. We actually did senior portraits for Shi'erra back last year and now that she graduated, we did this special session for her. Her idea was to celebrate her graduation with photos instead of a party that would be forgotten but instead with portraits that would be remembered and cherished for years to come. I think that is a phenomenal idea! We shot these in Lawrence and I loved how her portraits turned out. The color of her outfits were perfect for the scenes we did them in.
