Mohler Family on the blog - A real Kansas family! Topeka's Best Family Photographers

Image
We straight up had a great time with the Mohlers. We've photographed them before and their sessions have always been creative and fun. This time we went to their house and did them at their property. Jesse is a farmer and so it's great when we can incorporate someone's life into their session; keeps it real! These guys are so nice and down to earth and friendly, we just love them so much! Their kids are adorable and have beautiful smiles! They're silly and photographing them was a blast. Here's a few of our favorites and we hope you enjoy what you see! Feel free to comment on our blog or on facebook if you know these guys or if this blog post moves you! To book your own session, please call Tommy or Holly at 785.793.2492 or 785.213.0812 or email tommy@thpetersonphoto.com

Interview with the ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS Mariah Cook from Silver Lake High - 2016 Senior Grad! Topeka's Premier Senior Portrait Photographers

Image
Man oh man! Where do I begin?! Mariah is one beautiful girl! She did phenomenal! I love her session. I love the ideas she had and her outfits and her overall look. She was very nice and friendly and photos definitely had a fashion look to them. We started in the studio, which to be honest, many seniors don't do anymore. But in my opinion the variety and creativity we can do for seniors in the studio is awesome. She looked amazing in these first few images. Then we headed downtown to Topeka for an urban look. Some of my favorite shots for sure from her session were taken there. We did some at the Governor's Mansion and ended with night time shots on the track. I think that was a great way to end the session. We were able to showcase her passion and sport in a creative and different way. I really love her session and super excited to share them here! If you like what you see, please leave a comment on the blog or on our facebook! T.H. Peterson:  What are your plans after hig

Baby Tucker in the studio! One loved baby! Osage County's Premier Newborn Photographers

Image
We had such a lovely session with this little man... Mr. Tucker! He was great! He, just like any other baby, had his fussy moments but he looked absolutely adorable in his session! His photos really show off his beautiful personality. Most babies we're able to swaddle and fold, not this guy! Mom warned us, he didn't like being swaddled and I think it actually made for a more unique session. His poses were wild and crazy but I think his personality shines through loud and clear! Such a precious little boy! So glad we got to photograph him! Thank you for checking out his session and hope you enjoy! Interview with Alex Ronnebaum - 2016 Grad - Seaman High - Topeka's Best Senior Portrait Photographers

Image
The headline may have been misleading. Alex has attended Seaman but is now moving to Johnson County and will be attending his senior year there. He didn't seem overly disappointed about going to a different school his senior year. But I think it's because he is so focused on his dreams and his future that it keeps him positive. Alex is a great young man. I was very impressed with his demeanor and personality. Very likable and down to earth. His good looks certainly aren't hurting him either lol. He LOVES baseball and his session really revolved around his passion for the sport. He has big plans for his future and I'm confident he will do big things. His confidence and determination will take him places! I love his session and his answers to our small interview were entertaining and interesting as well! Enjoy! T.H. Peterson: What are your plans after high school? Alex: My plan after high school is to play baseball at Kansas state university, and to study

Built Ford Tough! A FORD family from it's roots! Burlingame, KS Topeka, KS Family Photographers

Image
This is such a special family session! These guys have been proud Ford owners since the 50s. In fact the beautiful truck you see in the photo is Old Red and is what started it all. The family as you'll see in the last photo has all bought Fords since then and they are proud of their legacy. It was quite an interesting and fun session to do. Ford makes great cars and it's a piece of American history right here in these photos! I'm super excited to share their amazing session with you and hope you get a kick out of these!
