Interview with Nick Prater - Shawnee Heights Class of 2026 - Topeka's Best Senior Portraits
We had such a great morning for Nick’s senior session! We started early at Shawnee Lake, and the sky couldn’t have been more perfect with those soft clouds over the water. The light was amazing, and Nick was so easy to photograph—super friendly, relaxed, and always ready to try whatever idea I had. You can really see his athletic side and his genuine smile shining through in every shot.
We wrapped up the session at the soccer field at Bettis, which was the perfect way to end it. Nick’s confidence and energy really came through there, and having his mom along made it even better. She brought such fun, positive energy to the morning. It was one of those sessions that just felt easy and enjoyable from start to finish.
