 I'm sure you're all well aware how chilly it's been out but we did an engagement session with Kaylee and Kyle. We started off in our Topeka space and then headed out to one of our favorite spots, the Governor's Mansion. These guys were so awesome. They are really comfortable with each other and in front of the lens. It just makes me really happy thinking about their wedding. I know we're going to have an awesome day!  I just gotta start off by saying WE LOVE JILL AND TRAVIS. Was that a little too much? We do! There's something about our couples that we just end up really loving and feel like we family or friends and these guys are no different. I love photographing couples who are in love. I love when couples laugh together, touch each other, hold each other, whisper to each other, etc. These are the small things that happy couples do and it's always fun to see that. I remember the first time we met Jill and Travis, Jill bragged about Travis's eyes. His eyes are intense. Fun to photograph. And Jill's laugh is contagious. She is such a fun person. What can I say about MaKenze and Travis except, we completely loved shooting their special day! They were so much fun and their wedding party was amazing. We saw little bits of nervousness here and there and that was really cute but after the ceremony was over it was nothing but fun! The location was Stony Point Hall near Baldwin City and we've been there a few times and we can honestly recommend this place highly. It's the perfect place for a reception and wedding. Very very photogenic! Another amazing thing was seeing all the people we knew and that we had photographed at their wedding. Brides and grooms we've photographed and that we will here shortly. It was a reunion of sorts! That was awesome! These guys were married not even a week ago!
