Interview with Josie Whitaker - Lyndon High Class of 2018 - Amazing Topeka Session - Topeka's Best Senior Portrait Photographers

Josie is a clever young lady. She is funny and smart and beautiful. She was so much fun to photograph and hang out with. I could tell very quickly she was opinionated and strong and knew what she wanted. A person like that isn't just like that in one part of their life, they're like that about everything and that's rare for a person her age. It was an honor to meet her and to photograph her. She has a great sense of humor and a great personality. I loved her style and I loved how easy she was to photograph. Not only is she photogenic, she knew how to pose for the camera. A lot of people get nervous when the camera is pointed at them but she was at ease in front of the lens. That makes my job fun and easy!  I'm so excited to share these. She truly did amazing!
T.H. Peterson: What is Lyndon High like?
Josie: Very close knit. Most of us have known each other our whole lives.
T.H. P.: What are your plans after high school?
Josie: Livin' the dream.
T.H. P.: Describe your fashion sense in a word.
Josie: Random
T.H. P.: Where would you like to visit?
Josie: Anywhere I haven't been before.
T.H. P.: What was your favorite part of your session with us?
Josie: When we were at the graffiti building and the two men across the street started playing Hispanic music for me to dance to.
T.H. P.: What is your strongest quality?
Josie: My strong mindedness.
T.H. P.: What is something you are deathly afraid of?
Josie: Being broke. And clowns.
T.H. P.: What is something you love? You hate?
Josie: I love to adventure and try new things. I hate losing arguments.
T.H. P.: What is the funniest movie you ever saw?
Josie: Tommy Boy.

T.H. P.: What kind of student are you?
Josie: Average, just trying to graduate like everyone else.
T.H. P.: What is your biggest pet peeve when it comes to people your age?
Josie: The drama and the two faced business. There's no reason to be like that because I'm not going to know any of these people within the next 5 years anyway.
T.H. P.: What is something your generation could teach older generations?
Josie: Diversity is real. There are going to be people of different races, sexualities, and personalities. Love your neighbor regardless.
T.H. P.: What famous person have you been told you look like?ers!!
Josie: My grandpa says I look like Dana Delany.

T.H. P.:
Have you ever been told you look like Eva Mendes? I thought you resembled her in some of your photos.
Josie: I do kinda see that too lol.

T.H. P.:
Describe your dance moves in 2 words.
Josie:
Elaine Benes. (Seinfeld).
