Recently we took over the Governor's Mansion again in Topeka, KS to shoot another one of our cute kids from the Cutest Kid Contest we had earlier this month in early August! Jax, a super cute three year old was full of energy and ready to ham it up for the camera! Here's some of the shots that I think really show off his vibrant personality! It was a gorgeous sunny day and the light was warm. Jax was on full power and I loved how the two came together to produce some beautiful imagery! Last week we had an awesome senior session with Santa Fe Trail's awesome mascot, Bolt Man, I think haha! Mitchell is probably the smiliest senior guy we've ever photographed. It was lots of fun photographing him and we had  a super good time when it came to getting him in costume. Here's some of our favorite shots. Lots of amazing shots from his session!!! I have to give mom big props for helping with helping hold our reflector that day. She made my job easy and was totally focused on helping make these shots just perfect! The other day we had a great time photographing Evan from Santa Fe Trail High School. It was especially fun considering we rarely get to photograph such awesome cars! We were drooling, haha! Reasonably so, Evan is proud of his ride and love the way it turned out in his photos! It was a beautiful and kind of warm summer afternoon. It's been so hot this summer. Last week we had a blast photographing Conner from our cutest kid contest at the Fieldstone Vineyard in Overbrook. Beautiful location with lots of great places for portraits! Conner did awesome! Yesterday we had a great time photographing a fun family at the Governor's Mansion. It was a little on the warm side, but we got through it just fine! Earlier this week we wrapped our senior portrait session with an awesome senior from Hayden High School. Patrick is a super awesome young man who we loved photographing. A very respectful and honorable teenager who we felt honored to meet as well as photograph. He had tons of amazing images. As usual, here's some of our favorites! Patrick, a huge Chiefs fan, was photographed with his Chiefs stuff. Those were lots of fun to do too! Definitely one of my personal favorites. One of my favorite shots we taken in a very long time!
