My session with Abby and Micah was perfect! They are such a good looking, laid back, fun couple and their chemistry was great! I truly had a wonderful time hanging out with them. Our session flew by as we got tons of great images of them laughing and really connecting right before our eyes. I felt honored to be able to do these images for them and am super excited to capture their special day! It's going to be so much fun! Enjoy!! Interview with Jordan Collins - Shawnee Heights - Class of 2020 - Topeka's Best Senior Portraits

Jordan had his senior session  with us last week and he had SO many great images!  We went out to some of his family’s property in Miller and it was breathtaking!  It had been raining for so long, we had to brave the storm and get out our mud boots.  Jordan had to brave the fierce bees, the mud puddles, and the rain! He got to climb a tree, and it was neat to see him shimmy up that tree with ease!  We ended the session in the rain, and had a blast! Thank you for checking out his amazing images! YASSSSS BEE!! T.H. Interview with Alexandra Younger - Shawnee Heights - Class of 2020 - Topeka's Best Senior Portraits

Alex is someone we looked forward to photographing, she has so much depth to her personality.  From her total 90s vibe to her awesome book collection, she had some great images from her session.  We went back to her roots, and shot her session at Shawnee Lake, under the bridge where she loved to escape as a little girl.   She brought a few of her favorite things with her, like her easel and painting supplies. Her session was truly as colorful as she is. We loved her session and hope you do too! T.H. Peterson:  What is your favorite thing about going to Shawnee heights? Alex: The environment. I love the students and stuff. There are great and unique people. T.H. P.: What are your plans after high school? Alex: I plan on joining Air National guard and going to Allen Community College. T.H. P.:  Describe yourself in 3 words that rhyme! Alex: Jazzy, classy and a little smart assy. T.H. P.:  What did you like most about your shoot w ...

Lexi and Quinton say their I DOs - Brumage Wedding - Liquid Art Winery, Manhattan, Kansas

Image
We really enjoyed watching Lexi and Quinton tie the knot at Liquid Art Winery in Manhattan!  From the rose gold decor to the breathtaking scenery, this was a great venue to watch them marry.  The rain was heavy in the morning, but a quick change in plans brought the ceremony inside and the tears, smiles, and “I do” moment was very special. One of the most heart warming parts of the day was watching Lexi's dad give his toast. It was a tearful display of love. But he expressed how much he loved and respected Quinton and "if he had to give her away to anyone, he was glad it was him". That was very precious in my eyes. I am so thankful that we got to be a part of this day. It was beautiful. One we won't ever forget. We hope you enjoy!
