Clark Family in the studio - Beautiful generation session - Topeka's Best Family Photographers

Image
One of my favorite families! I was blessed to see these guys at one our last studio events this year and we got some beautiful images of their family! I love their sense of humor and relationship with each other, they're a great group! I was blessed to photograph Austen's senior photos almost 10 years ago and then Jonathan and then Sara. So this was really special. Their family is growing and it is really a beautiful thing! These are just some of my favorite images from their session but they had lots of great moments! Enjoy!  To book your own session, please call Tommy or Holly at 785.793.2492 or 785.213.0812 or email tommy@thpetersonphoto.com

Fenoglio-Hight Family in the studio - Heartwarming generation family session in the studio - Osage county and Topeka Family Portrait Photographer

Image
This holiday season, I had the pleasure of photographing the Hight and Fenoglio family in our studio. With the whole family together for Christmas, it was the perfect opportunity to create beautiful portraits that will be treasured for years to come. I've been blessed to photograph them often and capture beautiful moments for them often.  The session took place in front of a simple, neutral brick background of our studio, which gave the photos a warm and classic feel. Everyone was all smiles and in great spirits, making it easy to capture the joy and love that filled the room. It was a wonderful moment to celebrate the holidays and the bond this family shares. From the laughter to the happy faces, it was clear that they truly enjoy being together. Whether you’re looking to create your own family portraits or capture special holiday memories, it’s always a great idea to book a session when the whole family can be together. I’m so glad I was able to document this special time for the...

Interview with Haley Custenborder - Topeka High Class of 2025 - Topeka's Best Senior Portraits

Image
Last week, I had the chance to photograph Haley, and it was such a fun experience! Haley is super cute and has a great personality that made the session so easy and enjoyable. We started at the Topeka Zoo, where she had a really special moment with the giraffes. Haley is passionate about giraffes, and she even got to feed them, which made for some amazing and unique photos. You could tell how much she loves them, and it was awesome to capture that connection on camera. After the zoo, we headed to the golf course for some more photos. Golf is another big part of Haley's life, and it’s something she’s been doing for a long time. She’s really good at it too! The photos at the course were so cool because they showed a different side of her personality. It was a perfect way to wrap up the session, blending her love for animals and her passion for sports. Haley was such a joy to work with, and I’m so excited for her to see how the photos turned out! T.H. Peterson: What are your plans aft...

Interview with Ty Steffens - Burlington High Class of 2025 - Topeka's Best Senior Portraits

Photographing Ty was a blast, he had such a laid back personality and was really easy to pose and direct. Lots of times senior boys take a while to get comfortable and into the shoot, Ty was having fun from the beginning! We took some on the golf course, out by the dam and we ended at Jade Seed and Outdoor Supply. That actually ended up being one of my favorite parts of the whole shoot. It was a ton of fun! Here are some of our favorites from the whole session! Enjoy! T.H. Peterson: What are your plans after high school?  Ty: I am undecided on what I want to major in. T.H. P.: What is your dream job?  Ty: Meteorologist  T.H. P.: Fondest memory fishing?  Ty: The last time I went fishing with my grandpa, he caught the biggest fish that day. T.H. P.: Favorite and least favorite thing about fishing?  Ty:  My favorite thing is being able to be outside and doing something I like. My least favorite thing is when I don’t catch anything. T.H. P.: I’m not a hunter....
