T.H. Peterson Photography

Kennedy's senior session was one of those sessions that reminds me why I love photographing seniors so much. She attends Seaman High School, and from the moment we started, she was absolutely incredible in front of the camera. Her outfits were stunning, and she has such a vibrant personality that every location felt completely different. We ended up doing a longer senior sessions, which isn't something we do very often, but it gave us the opportunity to visit several different locations and create an amazing amount of variety. Instead of spending a long time in one place, we kept moving, and every stop gave us something new and unique. My favorite part of the session was our trip to Lake Wabaunsee. We photographed at the waterfall, the flooded road, and the beach, and every single location seemed to give us another incredible backdrop. The sunset and skies that evening were absolutely beautiful, and it felt like every few minutes we were creating another favorite image. Kennedy...

 From the second I met Hayley, she made an impression on me. I admire her confidence, personality, kindness, the ability to hold a conversation, she's smart and fun to be around... and look at how beautiful she is! She was super fun to photograph! She was enthusiastic about our session and I love the different looks we got, the shots at the fair were way awesome and definitely unique as the fair is only in town for a limited time. Hayley was such a great subject. Her smile is killer and I can't get over how awesome her shoot was.  Brandon and Shawna are such a great couple. Their day was amazing. Absolutely amazing and perfect! Their wedding party was so much fun and their day was just relaxed and fun and full of incredible moments. It's the kind of wedding that keeps me excited about shooting them. Everywhere you turned their were people smiling, laughing, hugging and enjoying the day! We started the day at Mother Teresa Catholic Church in northeast Topeka and their reception was help at Heritage Hall. Two great venues! Brandon and Shawna are such a genuine couple. You can't help but hope and expect the best for them. Their family and friends spoke so highly of them, it makes you proud to know them. Now for the fun part! Sydney is a beautiful young lady who was so much fun to photograph. She made photographing her not only so much fun but so easy! She could be a model if she wanted to! Her outfits were great and we had the most beautiful light that day. It was a warm one, in fact I was melting but Sydney amazingly looked perfect the whole time! The other day she came to view her portraits and it happened to be on her birthday! What a great way to celebrate your birthday, seeing yourself look this amazing!
