 This is a session, I'm thoroughly excited about. Our session with Madison happened just a little over a week ago and we traveled all the way to Salina to do them! She wanted something different and so going with a foggy morning session to start with sure did it! These started well before the sun came up and the fog in the air was really something amazing that added a ton of mood to her session! Madison was a great subject. It was really cold and uncomfortable out but managed great! She gave us lots of expressions and the locations we got to do these were amazing!! The whole session was urban and Salina surprised us with some really great looks. So many textures and colors downtown made for a perfect backdrop for her session!!! I'm super thankful we were able to do these for her! I told her that I'm not a big morning person but I'm always so thankful when we do shoot in the morning as we're able to get looks that are usually available to us at no other part of the

 Marcus's session was a while back when we did several senior sessions on one single Saturday and we're a little behind blogging but it's time to catch up lol! Marcus was a great subject! He was kind of serious but still a great model. He took directions well and the more I found about him especially after from his mother, the more impressed I was by him.  Check out this super awesome couple, Jenna and Chase! They had such an awesome engagement session. It was crazy because when we first started, we couldn't hear a thing. We were trying to do their session under a bridge and it was loud!!! But they were such a perfect couple! They posed so good together and we had some awesome laughs together. I really love this couple! They are so cute together and I love their chemistry! I know we're gonna have a blast with them on their wedding!! Here's a few of our favorites!!! Enjoy!  So this is Philip and Alexandra Lenz along with their two kids Canon and Gershwin. I've never seen a dachshund with that sort of marking before. It was really cool. Both dogs are adorable and spunky! Philip and Alexandra are owners and photographers of Lenz Photography  and have come to Kansas on multiple occasions to help us. Once for a wedding, and several other times to help with sessions. It's always fun when they're here and most recently they joined us for our recent micro session event where we shot lots of families. It was a great success and many wonderful photos were taken. This is the first time we had a chance to meet their dogs, which were super fun. Midday through our micro sessions, we had a quick break, so I wanted to do some shots of them real fast; literally probably took 60 seconds. So this was one really awesome shoot and one not soon forgot. Kelsey had no idea that Blake had a little surprise up his sleeve. He booked us for a small session and at the end of the session he surprised her with the big question. I felt incredibly honored to be a part of it and to witness something so cool. I'm super happy for them. Last year I was fortunate enough to photograph them in a small Christmas session, so this was pretty cool. On top of that over the past year couple years we've photographed Kelsi and she's been a great model everytime! A big congrats.  I absolutely love Demsee's session! What a beautiful baby!!! She did perfect! She slept almost the whole time and were able to really work with her a lot to get some amazing shots of her with her sister and famly and of course by herself. It's no surprise she's so pretty, look at her parents! The cool thing is we'll be seeing more of Demsee, she's in our First Year Baby Plan and so we'll be able to see her grow up for the next year!
