Ever's Newborn Session - Interview with Mom - Topeka's Best Family Photographer
We were so excited to meet Ever when she came in for her newborn shoot with her mom and grandma! We have been anxiously awaiting her arrival for several months, and she was just as adorable as we imagined! She was so easy to work with, and she settled right in for her session with such ease! We were able to get her into the taco pose and the froggy pose within the first 20 minutes of her session! It was incredible! We love trying the new poses on the props, and this session was great for that! We are absolutely in LOVE with everything about Ever’s session and we look forward to photographing her in the future! Thanks for checking out her blog! Enjoy!
T.H. P.: What was the first thing you thought when you saw Ever?
Sean’ta: I cried. We didn’t do any sort of 3D or 4D ultrasounds, so I had no idea what her sweet little self would look like. When she arrived it was very special, and I was overwhelmed with emotions. Pregnancy is a crazy journey but she was really worth it.
T.H. P.: How did you decide on the name Ever?
Sean’ta: Since both mom and dad have unique names it seemed right for her to have a unique name as well. I knew I wanted her to have a biblical name and after looking through different options I ended up changing the male name Eber to female, and that is how we came up with Ever.
T.H. P.: What was your favorite part about your newborn session with us?
Sean’ta: I felt as though you guys did an amazing job handling my baby. She didn’t cry, and was very relaxed. That made it super special. The photos are beautiful, and this is a moment that will be remembered forever.
T.H. Peterson: How did you find out you were pregnant? Was it a shock or expected?
Sean’ta: It was definitely a shock because we had decided to leave it in God’s hands. I left for training for the Army and we found out on my Grandfather's birthday that we were expecting baby Ever. I sort of had a feeling that something was “different,” so I took a test and it was positive.
T.H. P.: Did you have a baby shower or gender reveal?
Sean’ta: A baby shower. This is the first baby of our family in 25 years. A baby shower seemed like the most exciting thing to do for everyone.T.H. P.: What was the first thing you thought when you saw Ever?
