Whitley's Newborn Session - Interview with Mom - Osage County's Best Newborn Photographers

Image
Whitley came in for a newborn session and he was so cute!  He had the cutest little hands and tiny little feet! He was very strong and determined to break out of the wraps, so we just took our time and let him settle in.  Once he had his binky, he was good to go! He posed in the Tonka truck, and we were able to practice a new style of posing. Then he did a great job on his tummy in a prop, even holding his own head up a little.  Mom was so helpful during the shoot, arranging the props and helping our assistant. It was such an awesome experience for them and for us! We loved seeing their faces light up as they watched! It was a great session and we love Mr. Whitley so much!  Enjoy!   T.H. Peterson: How did you find out you were pregnant? Was it a shock or expected? What was your reaction? Lynzie:  We were expecting to get pregnant, because we had been trying. I lost a baby at 6 weeks in February, so when I found out I was pregnan...

Noah's 3 month shoot - First Year Baby Plan - Topeka's Best Baby Photographers

Image
Noah came back to us for his three-month session (He's in our First Year Baby Plan) and he looked so cute and had grown so much. His little cheeks were just as chubby, and he had the belly and legs to match. He has such a good disposition, and he looks just like his siblings. He had on a really cute bowtie and vest. We put him in the back of the truck and he smiled right away, then we got some really great pictures of him and his siblings and they all look so cute. His older sister is growing up so much, and she really loves to get involved with her little brother.   Aria and her mom, dad and older sister came in for her newborn shoot and she was such a good little newborn!  She was very calm, and she absolutely loved being swaddled in the fancy wraps, with the fancy headbands! We were able to use one of our new backdrops for some unique spring-like pictures with flowers as props!  We loved how much eye contact Aria gave us and we loved seeing her older sister watch as we posed and wrapped her! It was a very fun session, and we got to use various props, backdrops and got some great variety!  Check it out!!   T.H. Peterson:  How did you feel when you found out you were expecting? Kelsey:  We were so excited when we found out I was pregnant.  We had talked about having another kid but never dreamed it would have happened so fast. We just wanted a happy and healthy baby.   T.H. Haelynn's adorable newborn portraits - Interview with mom - Topeka's Best Newborn Portraits

We met Haelynn and instantly noticed how much she looks like both her mom and dad!  She has her mom’s nose and mouth and her dad’s eyes! She is so beautiful and she had such a special session, because she is the first baby we have been able to properly pose on her tummy in a prop!  We started out with a simple pose in a basket, then moved to the floral set up and posed her with some sunflowers in a bucket. Our hearts totally melted!! The newborn assistant, Jesse, was just glowing with happiness as she saw her hard work and dedication paying off!  After that epic pose, we finished with some awesome pictures of Haelynn and her parents, using some creative techniques to capture amazing shots of them! We are so in love with this session, and hope you enjoy it, too!   T.H. Peterson:   How does it feel to be first-time parents? Lena:  Amazing!  We get to wake up and care for this beautiful little girl day in and day out.  Even thou...

Mr Karson's Newborn Shoot - Interview with mom - Topeka's Best Newborn Photographers

Image
Karson was such a great newborn for us to photograph!  He came in, fast asleep, and quickly let us pose him in some of the cutest poses!  As we learn new techniques, it is always great to have a baby that is so willing to do tummy time!  Karson is so cute with his sweet little face and chill disposition. He has his mom, dad, and grandparents wrapped around his finger!  They loved watching him pose with the baby lamb, and his stocking hat. Then, we posed him on the new pickup truck with the saddle in the bed!  He did absolutely amazing! His session ended when the weather got bad, but he had one of our favorite sessions so far! We can’t get enough of this adorable boy! T.H. Peterson:  How did you and your boyfriend feel when you found out you were expecting? Alyssia: Surprised, happy & nervous all at the same time.  T.H. P.:  How did you decide on the name Karson? Alyssia:  We started off with the name Wy...
