Interview with Connor Olsen - Washburn Rural Class of 2025 - Topeka's Best Senior Portraits
I had an awesome time photographing Connor, a senior from Washburn Rural, who’s got such a fun personality and isn’t afraid to be himself. We started the session on the track to capture his love for running, where he just lit up, making jokes and not taking himself too seriously. The setting sun hit just right, casting that warm golden-hour glow over everything. Connor was full of energy, laughing and showing off his unique style, which made for some pretty great shots.
After the track, we headed to a pond out back to capture Connor doing something else he loves: fishing. The pond was surrounded by tall grass that looked amazing in the sunset light. Connor seemed totally at peace, just enjoying the moment and cracking a few jokes here and there. His humor and genuine personality really shine through in these photos, and it was such a great way to capture who he is as he finishes high school.
