Interview with Myles Krahe - Seaman High Class of 2027 - Topeka's Best Senior Portraits

Myles's senior session was an absolute blast! We started at his home with his four young calves, and they were about as adorable as they could be. From there, we headed out to a field where we captured some portraits with his truck and an American flag. There was something really iconic about that setting, and it made for some beautiful images. We finished up along the Kansas River just as the sun was setting, and I honestly couldn't believe how beautiful the light was reflecting off the water. It was the perfect place to wrap up the evening and showcase Myles's passion for baseball.

Myles is an awesome young man with a great personality, a fantastic smile, and he's just naturally photogenic. We had so much fun throughout the session, and it seemed like the time just flew by. I'll admit, earlier in the day I was a little concerned about the weather forecast and wasn't sure what we were going to end up with. But it turned out to be absolutely perfect! Great weather, great locations, and a great senior. I couldn't have asked for a better evening with Myles!

T.H. P.: Plans after high school?
Myles: Becoming an electrician.

T.H. P.: What kind of student are you?
Myles: Pretty quiet.

T.H. P.: Dream job?
Myles: To become a lineman.

T.H. P.: Favorite class this year?
Myles: Electrical Technology at Washburn Tech.

T.H. P.: Something you liked about your session with us?
Myles: Had a great time! Lots of laughs, a little posing, and somehow making me look like I actually know what I'm doing in front of a camera!
T.H. P.: Earliest memory playing baseball?
Myles: I was just 5 years old. I may not have known much about the game back then, but I knew I loved being out on the field. Little did I know that a childhood game would turn into such a big part of my life!
T.H. P.: Ever been injured playing?
Myles: Yep! I've actually torn both of my hip flexors, at two different times several years apart! Definitely not something I'd recommend!
T.H. P.: Favorite pro athlete?
Myles: Marvin Mims Jr. of the Denver Broncos!
T.H. P.: Favorite thing about your cows?
Myles: They're basically just giant dogs who love treats! I've even taught one of them to give fist bumps, and she'll give kisses for treats. They definitely have their own personalities, and they're a lot more spoiled than they probably should be!
T.H. P.: Best thing mom cooks?
Myles: Cheeseburgers on the grill.
