Interview with Peyton Baldwin - Lebo High - Class of 2018 - Topeka's Best Senior Portraits

Image
Lebo, KS is a little town just south of about 25 min or so. It's kind of crazy how over the years our sessions there have grown and we've met so many amazing people there. We love it. And I was excited for Peyton's shoot. He's a super cool, laid back dude. I had the pleasure of photographing his big bro Oakley   a few years ago and so it was great photographing Peyton too. The goal was to create something different for him and I am very happy to say I think we definitely did that. It was the most beautiful afternoon. Short sleeves and the perfect breeze. Hearing him talk about football you could tell he loves it. Going to a small school, I know the relationships and community is strong. Oakley is one of only 2 seniors on the team and then last night they played their final game of the year. It was also so sweet to hear mom talk about how much she admires her son. How much she loves how he is helpful to others and caring and giving. The little I spent time with Peyton...

Our session with Cameron was great! He's a really nice guy with a great smile. We started out around Lebo and eventually headed outside of town to a rural property where there was so much awesomeness to photograph him on. In fact, just down the road is Melvern Lake so I thought it would be amazing to finish our session there!! The sunset was beautiful and it was a great location to end his session. Also, Cameron brought his dog Nala and she joined in for several of his images. She was a great subject as well. I think she even smiled! Here's a few of our images that we really love from his shoot. Hope you enjoy!! T.H. P.:  What do you consider a fun date? Cameron:  Just going to a movie and hanging out having a good time. T.H. P.:  What are you goals after high school? Cameron:  After high school I want to go to  Wichita State and study mechanical engineering. T.H. P.:  What is your dream job? Cameron:  I’m not really sure. T.H....

Interview with Conner Gould - 2016 Lebo High School Grad - Topeka's Best Senior Portrait Photographers

Several weeks ago, we drove down to Lebo for a senior shoot with Conner. He was down for anything which was great because we wanted to really showcase his love for hunting. The skies were overcast but we still got some beautiful light at sunset. Definitely one of the highlights of Conner's session was the crazy beautiful skies that we got as the sun headed over the horizon. Lots of times with guys, we end up getting lots of serious expressions, which we did with Conner, but honestly his smile was fantastic and glad we were able to get lots of those! Glad to share these with you all and I hope you enjoy it! Also, make sure to check out his interview.  Good stuff. T.H. Peterson:  Rumor has it, everyone from small towns knows each other… Is this true? Conner:  Yes this is very true everyone knows everyone. T.H. P.:  How serious do you take your hunting? Conner:  I take my hunting serious to an extent. Cause the whole purpose of hunting is to have ...
