Jamara was an awesome model. She had a killer smile and was excited for her shoot. We got tons of different looks and she looked amazing for all of her photos. We were even lucky enough to stumble across a new location in downtown Topeka that surprisingly I have never found before! I'll be back, that's for sure. We had a great time together. The time just flew by. She got a chance to check out her photos today and these are some of her favorites. I agree, these are killer! Thank you for checking out her session. Make sure to check out our interview. It's a good read! T.H. Peterson:  What do you like best about Shawnee Heights? Jamara:  I've met so many new people and have built friendships that'll last a lifetime. T.H. P.:  What is your favorite class at Shawnee Heights? Interview with Kendall Prather - 2017 Shawnee Heights Grad - Topeka's Best Senior Portrait Photographers

No question, this is a must see session. I met Kendall last year during a family session at Kansas Museum  in the fall (which was so beautiful I must say!) But now it was her turn! A session just for her and she ROCKED it!! Kendall had great outfits, and her locations were super cool. We shot them primarily downtown Topeka and a few around town, in a beautiful patch of wild flowers and ended up just after sunset at Shawnee Lake. The sky was a saturated purplish pink. It was super awesome! I love Kendall's smile. Her smile and eyes light up her photos! She's beautiful, no doubt about it. Her shoot I think not only show that off but easily show off personality. Really happy with how her session turned out!! A session I won't soon forget. Thank you for checking out Kendall's shoot. Also, take time to read our interview with her. A fun read! T.H. Peterson:   What do you like best about Shawnee Heights? Kendall:  I have some really amazing best friends that go to ...

We had a great time with Zach. He was very laid back and was a natural in front of the camera. His session was fun for multiple reasons but one of the things I loved most about his shoot was when we headed to the top of a parking garage in Topeka. The skyline was amazing. The clouds were intense and made for a backdrop that we could not have asked for! I absolutely love how these turned out! I also love Zachory's interview answers. He's a smart and ambitious young man. He's gonna go far in life! Enjoy! T.H. Peterson:  What are your plans after high school? Zachory:  After high school I plan on attending college and majoring in gunsmithing. T.H. P.:  What are you looking forward to most this last year in high school? Zachory:  This last year of high school I'm looking forward to spending a lot of time with my friends. T.H. P.:  What’s the biggest fish you ever caught? Kenzie is a beautiful girl. Her session was a lot a fun. She did amazing and I'm more than excited about sharing them here with you all. She brought her friend Jennie and they were both making us laugh. She's really funny and one of the funniest things about her was how much she laughed at everything.  I loved Kenzie's outfits and our locations looked amazing with them. She's smart and funny and I feel lucky to have photographed her. She is a 2016 Washburn Rural grad. Below are some of our favorite shots from her session. She totally rocked it. Also included is an interview with her. I think you'll get a little peek into her personality. Really good answers! Thanks and enjoy! T.H. Peterson:  What do you love most about high school?
