Catalina was such a sweet little baby and an absolute natural in front of the camera. She made our job so easy with her calm, laid-back personality, and her full head of hair was impossible not to notice! We got some beautiful shots of her by herself and some adorable family photos with her proud mom and dad. It was such a joy to capture these first moments with her family. Catalina’s easygoing nature and sweet expressions made the session fun, and I love that her parents have these memories to treasure forever. T.H. P.: How did you come up with Catalina's name? Monzerrat: We wanted a name that wasn’t super common and could translate easily in both Spanish and English, and Catalina felt like the perfect fit. T.H. P.:   What did you think when you first saw her? Monzerrat:   I was surprised by how much hair she had and how much smaller she was than the doctors had told us she would be. T.H. Hayes was such a beautiful baby boy! He had lots of hair and was so peaceful and chill, which made our job so much fun. Even though he slept most of the time, every once in a while he would peek his eyes open and give us the funniest little looks. You could tell right away that he had a lot of personality. Mom and Dad are completely smitten with him—they just can’t get over how cute he is! I’m so excited about how these photos turned out. This session was actually a practice for one of our newer assistants learning baby wrapping, and Hayes was the perfect little model to help her learn. He made everything easy and enjoyable, and it was such a joy to photograph him. T.H. Peterson: What did you think when you first saw him?   Miss Olivia is such a beautiful little baby! I might have a bias as she reminds me of my sister when she was a baby. I thoroughly enjoyed our time with Olivia and her family. They are crazy about her. She was so easy to photograph. She was super chill and had the most adorable expression on her face.
