So recently we had an opportunity to photograph Raina's high school graduation party. Raina graduated from Washburn Rural H.S. It was a great time with her friends and family and we were able to create something very special for her. She is going to Georgia to follow her dreams and go to college there to learn photography. You may also recognize her face as we've shot her senior pictures  last year. She's also works at the Classic Bean , one of our favorite places ever!!  All in all, it was a great afternoon with lots of laughs and as you'll see in the video, plenty of tears as well. Erin and Jay-Michael's wedding day was something spectacular! So many amazing moments and memories I'll have from that day and we're so thankful and happy that we got to be a part of it! First of all, they are such a sweet couple... a sweet family. Their children are BEAUTIFUL and so photogenic! We've been blessed to be able to photograph them on multiple occasions and it's always a blast. Secondly, the location was Creekside at Berryton and that is an awesome venue for a wedding! It's outdoors and rustic and very beautiful. It's always fun and helpful when our weddings are at such beautiful places! I highly suggest Creekside!  Next, Erin and Jay-Michael's family and friends are so awesome! They truly made the day enjoyable and fun!  Recently we had the most amazing session with Matt and Amber from the Kansas City area. We did their engagement session at the Governor's Mansion in Topeka. They brought their beautiful pups! These dogs looked amazing in photos with them. The light was amazing as well. It was really cloudy and while we love sunny photos, cloudy weather makes for such soft and flattering light! Amber and Matt were really fun to photograph and easy to make look good in their pictures! They were really comfortable with each other in front of the camera. I'm excited with how these turned out and happy to share them here with you all! So we had an awesome time with these girls! It's Lily's birthday and everyone was getting out of school, so to celebrate, they spent a couple days camping at Pomona Lake! The cabins are amazing and what a fun thing to do! So we were invited to do a session with them and just have a good time. These girls are so funny and the laughing and giggling was non stop. They have named themselves the Fab 5 and it was really cool to see their bond and friendship. I hope they have this friendship for the rest of their lives! So pumped about this session. Such an amazing couple! They are such a nice and down to earth couple. On top of that they looked like models for the camera. When the contacted us they wanted photos with their bike and so we got some cool shots with that too but the darker dramatically lit shot towards the bottom of this blog post is definitely one of my favorites!! I think we will get a canvas for our studio! A big thank you to Bryson and Haley for choosing us and we wish them the best! They are lucky kids!
