Bryson and Haley's AMAZING engagement session!!! Topeka's Best Wedding Photographers

So pumped about this session. Such an amazing couple! They are such a nice and down to earth couple. On top of that they looked like models for the camera. When the contacted us they wanted photos with their bike and so we got some cool shots with that too but the darker dramatically lit shot towards the bottom of this blog post is definitely one of my favorites!! I think we will get a canvas for our studio! A big thank you to Bryson and Haley for choosing us and we wish them the best! They are lucky kids! They will be getting married in the beautiful mountains of Colorado at Estes Park. I can't imagine how beautiful that will be! Thank you for checking out our post and we hope you enjoy!

Now this was a special session! It's not often we photograph multiples for newborn sessions but these little girls were just perfect and despite them being born several months ago, because they were so premature they photographed just like brand new newborns! How to Prepare for a Photo Session - Topeka's Best Family Portrait Photographers

Select outfits that will make for a timeless portrait. Choose practical clothing items, and keep the location and time of year in mind.  Select clothing items and accessories that are not too distracting or that you will have to adjust often during the session (think long necklaces or ruffled tops on a windy day).  Keep in mind the weather, wind speed, and humidity/chance of rain.  If you have littles, bring them some snacks to help give them incentives during the session.  This can help us to get kids to cooperate and make or break a session.  If it is windy, wear your hair up.  Trimming your bangs/hair slightly to keep them out of your eyes is a great idea, too! Use product like mousse, gel, pomade, and hairspray to tame your mane!    Pick shoes that will be easy to walk in at the location of the session.  For example, high heels are not recommended for sunflower shoots, but would look great in an urban/downtown setting.  Bring an extra jacket or cardigan to th

Destrie: I have always loved the name Diego, and so I knew when I had a second boy he would have that name. T.H. P.: What does big bro think? Destrie: His brother is in total awe of him. Hanna, who is a long time client, has recently begun helping us with newborns and it's been a huge blessing not only to our business but to her as well as she has had an opportunity to grow as a photographer herself and practice on getting better at wrapping and posing babies. What a sweet baby! We had a wonderful time with Kayson and his mom and dad. They are so proud of him and you can tell they are going to raise him right and give him lots of love his whole life. Cove was the sweetest little girl. She was so mellow and easy to photograph. She was just the cutest baby.
