Some much needed time off! Our trip to the beach!!!- Grand Isle, LA

Recently, while back home in Louisiana, we made our way down to the beach, Grand Isle to be specific.
Unfortunately, because of the spill, you're still not allowed on the beach, but we spent some time on the pier at the state park and it was goregous. The day was just beautiful. The wind was blowing; the temperature was perfect and there was absolutely nobody out there. It was so peaceful and relaxing, I could have spent the entire day there.

Here's a sampling of the shots we got while we were there.
Mo loves his hugs... and acting goofy!
Me, my dad and Mo struck a pose! We're cool... and we know it!

Tackle hugs!

 Mo showing the love!

I think Mo really wanted to get out there and chase some birds!

The pelicans were out in full force!

We had such a good time that day! I don't think I'll ever forget it. And to top that off, when we left there, we went and had lunch down the road and most of us had poboys. They were sooo good!
