Interview with Lexie Clemens - Seaman High Class of 2027 - Topeka's Best Senior Portraits

Lexie's senior session was such a fun one from start to finish! We kicked things off at the Kansas Museum, made our way to the Capitol, and wrapped things up at Ted Ensley Gardens. These are three classic Topeka locations for senior pictures, but I absolutely loved how we used each one to create a variety of looks that fit Lexie perfectly. When we started, it was actually drizzling outside, and I was a little worried about the weather. Thankfully, the light rain didn't slow us down at all, and we ended up having an amazing session.

Lexie is incredibly photogenic and has a beautiful smile that shines through in every photo. Her personality made the entire session easy and enjoyable, and before we knew it, our time together was over. She did such a great job in front of the camera that we ended up with more great images than we normally do during a session of this length. One of my favorite parts was that Lexi brought her own camera along because she enjoys photography herself. It was such a fun way to add a personal touch to her senior portraits, and we captured some really unique images that I know she'll love for years to come.

T.H.P.: What are your plans after high school?
Lexie: After high school I plan to go to college to be an athletic trainer.

T.H.P.: What classes are you looking forward to?
Lexie: I am looking forward to yearbook.
T.H.P.: Dream job?
Lexie: My dream job would be to work as an athletic trainer for a hockey team.
T.H.P.: What is something you liked about your session with us?
Lexie: I liked how I could bring props.
T.H.P.: What makes you feel confident?
Lexie: I feel confident when I am around my friends.
T.H.P.: What song could you listen to every day?
Lexie: I could listen to Mr. Brightside by The Killers every day.

T.H.P.: Favorite thing mom cooks?
Lexie: I love everything my mom makes.

T.H.P.: Last movie you saw, what did you think?
Lexie: The last movie I saw was Top Gun: Maverick and I loved it.
T.H.P.: Most and least girlie thing about you?
Lexie: The most girlie thing about me is that I do my own nails. The least girlie thing about me is that I’m not afraid of spiders.
T.H.P.: If you had to be stuck in a room with someone for a week, who would you pick?
Lexie: If I had to be stuck in a room with someone, I would pick my friend Kentin.
